Teresa Gutierrez Zaldivar

Teresa has a very strong international background and experience in Sales and Marketing and is now focused on Real Estate. She was born in Argentina but brought up with experiences in multiple countries, studying in Argentina, France, and more recently Singapore.

While working as the Head of Marketing for Swarovski in Argentina, she was promoted and relocated to the USA as the regional Head for Latin America based in Miami, in charge of Sales, Marketing, Sales Training and Retail Operations, including commercial real estate negotiations with the main shopping malls in Latin America.

Looking for a change of pace in travel, she represented a high-end French food company in the USA, in charge of their Marketing and working very closely with the Sales team to unlock growth opportunities in the market, primarily across New York, Los Angeles and Washington DC.

After operating in the US market for several years, she moved to Singapore following her husband’s relocation, worked in the Latin America Chamber of Commerce, while pursuing a Master degree in Digital Marketing, and consulted with brands to build their launch strategies in the American market.

Having lived in some of the biggest and most vibrant cities in the world, and now back in the USA as a mother of three, she settled in Riverside, where she fell in love with the proximity to Manhattan and the great lifestyle Fairfield County has to offer, focused on health, sports, education and family life. She is very involved in community life, and has gotten to know it very well through her very active three boys and network of friends.

With strong experience in Sales, Marketing, and relocations, and coming from a very strong entrepreneurial family, where real estate was always a big part of the conversation around the family table, she naturally found in the real estate business a great opportunity to channel her passion, drive and professional growth ambitions, proudly joining the Coldwell Banker Team.
